Thunder Crash RTP and fairness
Thundercrash is a crash game by Qora, released in November 2024. This page collects what Qora and independent databases publish about its return to player and how its rounds are decided, with a link to each source, and says plainly where no public information exists.

Where the numbers come from
| Fact | Value | Source |
|---|---|---|
| RTP | 97% | Qora game page, SlotCatalog |
| Volatility | Low | Qora game page |
| Max win multiplier | 100,000x | Qora game page |
| Minimum bet | 0.50 | Qora game page |
| Release date | 14 November 2024 | Qora game page |
A few review sites quote 96% or 98.5% instead of 97%, and several say the top multiplier is 10,000x. Neither figure appears in Qora's own listing, so this site uses 97% and 100,000x.
Which Thundercrash this page is about
The name is shared. The Bodog, Bovada and Ignition sites run an arcade game called ThunderCrash with a published $100,000 payout cap, and Thunderpick has a crash game of the same name. Reviews disagree on whether the Bodog-network game is Qora's title or an in-house version. The facts above belong to Qora's Thundercrash; if your lobby shows a different provider, check that game's own rules.
How a round is decided
Each round has one crash point. The multiplier starts at 1.00x and climbs in irregular bursts until it reaches that point; anyone still in when it bursts loses the stake, and anyone who cashed out before keeps stake times the multiplier at that moment. Auto cash-out lets you fix the exit in advance.
What is not public:
- Qora publishes no provably fair specification for Thundercrash, so there is no server seed or hash you can check after a round.
- We found no testing-laboratory certificate for the game on Qora's site or in the databases above.
That leaves the casino's licence as the main safeguard. Regulators in licensed markets require games to be tested before release, so play only at a casino whose licence you can look up, and read the game's own rules screen for the RTP that casino runs.
What the 97% means in practice
Over a very large number of rounds, 97 of every 100 units staked come back as winnings and 3 stay with the house. It says nothing about the next round or the next session: low volatility means results swing less than in most crash games, not that losses are less likely over time. The Thundercrash RTP guide works through the maths, and the calculators show what the 3% edge costs for your own stake and session length.
Bonus Bet
Thundercrash has a Bonus Bet side wager. Qora does not publish its RTP, and side bets often return less than the main game, so do not assume it pays the same 97%.
How this site uses these figures
The results, records and dataset on this site are generated by a model of the published RTP, not collected from casinos. The methodology page explains the model and its limits.
